Sections mostly converted over:
- Space ship
- Sex menu
- Infestation menu
- Introduction sequence
- Profile display
- Infestation/Production display
- Birthing
- Brain infestation
- Self Masturbation
- Part 2 variable initialization
- Full mind control sequence
Sections yet to be converted to the new system:
- Space station section
- Part 2 house
- Part 2 peripheral areas
- Part 3 areas
- The mall

well done so far, hopefully Java gives you the flexibility you need to track systems more efficiently in part 2 :)
