Half-Life Tabletop RPG illustrations
🕑 Added 2022-01-14 21:29:14 +0000 UTCI was recently approached to make some black and white illustrations for a (Unofficial) Half-Life tabletop RPG, being developed by Michael Pelletier of Half-Life A Place in the West which will be released for free on Itch.io.
I'm very excited to work on this as they were looking for a rough, sketched aesthetic to the drawings, which is just perfect for me. I love me some good, classy, b+w drawings. There will be a variety of items, weapons, and characters based on Half-Life 1 but with some creative liberties of HL2's designs.
Here are a couple style tests it did for the 9mm and pheropod, which I'm pretty happy with. I was asked for b+w but i wanted to see what some value/tone would look like. But we decided to just stick with ink.

I've always wanted to see a tabletop Half-Life RPG! Even thought of doing one myself. These are pretty good, too!
