Beer? She's offering Quebecan beer? It's actually "La Fin du Monde". It's 9% ABV (though I'd question it's alcohol content - IMHO, it's higher); the stuff is a Belgian tripel beer that rich and hearty, with a nice orange aftertaste. It's practically 'sludge', but tasty. After 2 or 3 tall mugs of the stuff, it will make you seriously drunk. I know...I've had it several years ago.
