I think this was a great ending to the series. I don't think I've seen the 4th one, but I think it could have ended here. It is an example of a series growing well with its audience.

It was so nice to watch this again with you, as I haven't seen it in years, and it hit a bit different this time, now that I'm older. But it is such a good movie, and I'm happy you also liked it. I'm very much enjoying watching some of these great kids movies again along with you, so- thanks for doing this!

I agree with Beastial. This one was a perfect send off, they really didn’t need TS4. xD Granted, still liked the fourth one. But 3 is too great an ending, they made it in mind that the kids that watched 1 & 2 were going to be adults now for 3, so that’s why I believe it held darker/a bit more mature tones. Still makes me tear up everytime I rewatch it. Mainly because I did grow up watching the other two, just held that super nostalgic feel.

This movie is, in my eyes, the perfect send off to Toy Story. It has an amazing cast, a great story, and ends Andy's part in such a beautiful passing of the torch to Bonnie. Even the ending shot is perfect - the clouds are shaped just like the opening clouds to the first Toy Story movie. TS3 is a great film that makes everyone cry - so don't feel bad about leaving the eye faucet on for the last ten minutes of the movie ;)
