You don't like Roderick? He's a fan favorite. Ya he's a jerk, but he's sure a fun and loveable one.

At the end of the second book, they actually do learn to get along!

More great content! If you're in the family/tween film phase, I recommend The Sorcerer's Apprentice (2010) starring Nicolas Cage. It's really very cool and some of the ideas really revitalise the fantasy film genre.

Hey JV if you liked that animation / comic style, the books are 1:1 exactly what that looks like! It is more directed to the young adults, of course. But it is great fun to read them. Would recommend

the only other thing i've seen red haired kid in is another movie called "The Rainbow Tribe", it's like a family/comedy movie like this actually

The Diary of a Wimpy kid movies are based on a book series

I never get tired of watching this film and is definitely the best out of the original trilogy. I feel like the humor is better in this film than the first one. It’s fun seeing how Greg and Rodrick’s relationship progresses in this film. And seeing more of Greg’s relationship with his parents. Thank you for this reaction JV!

Also, GREAT reaction as always, this is definitely one of my favs from childhood!

I can't speak for the 4th film or animated stuff, but the 3rd movie is DEFINITELY worth a watch. I think it's as good as the first one, but I think you'll LOVE it because it's more about the father, and I think you'd relate to it most!
