This along with never ending story were basically my 2 fave childhood films and JV now done both makes me so happy. Going to have to think about some other old ones I loved and suggest them while on nostalgia feels.

🎥🍿I’m truly happy you enjoyed the movie JV, definitely took our shared movie tastes into consideration. A pure 90’s kids film gem. I personally take this film over Small Soldiers any day too. Your analysis at the end was freaking spot on & you hit all the reasons why I enjoyed this movie as a kid growing into adulthood. Just beautiful messages throughout & the music is just epic. My stomach literally drops, I get goosebumps, & my eyes water every time in the scene where Little Bear tells Omri “I take you…as my nephew.” 😭

Excellent request! I love this movie and have very fond memories of it 🥰 The stress I felt when little Bear was under the floorboards as a kid tho was absolutely insane lol
