This is BOOK 1 but in light novel form. IE it has some art and is only 1/4th of the Kindle Book 1. (The publisher is trying to use this to get both the light novel and print normal books on retail shelves.)
NOTE THERE IS NO NEW CONTENT (beyond the art) so I understand if you don't want to get it but its cool and I wanted to share for those that do want it.

It’s always weird for me to see Matt with a cape. He’s never described as having a cape in the books, seems like it would get in the way, but when illustrated he has a cape, weird.

Light novels are a thing that originated in Japan, it's basically a physical printed book that's an amazing mix of anime and graphic novel(big thick comic book).
