One thing I donβt like about Job interviews is the build up to them, once I start the interview itβs not that bad. But itβs the anxiety and dread to get it over with that kills me everytime

My job interviews in my life have been hell in law enforcement, we do this thing call board interviews, so it's literally usually 9-13 people surrounding you or lined up at a table and they just grill you to death about hypothetical and stuff from your background check and things neighbors have said about you when they went to them... how I've done the process 4 times now in my life and succeed 3 times I'll never be able to tell ya π€·ββοΈ it's a mystery to me cause God damn do they stress me out

I hate job interviews with a passion. Once and interviewer told me that if I don't lie there's no way I could get a job anywhere. Like tf??? Ever since then I've dreaded them

Considering I'm quitting my current one I have now, I'd say I want it pretty badly, π I get being non-confrontational, I think that's one of the reasons I get along well with most people is I just adapt around them. Looking forward to this and don't worry about being quite, mental health is very important, no one would fault you for taking time to work things out, hope it gets better soon β€οΈ
