I have EXTREMELY bad anxiety, like it takes complete control of me if I don't do something about it before it gets there. Sadly I've been put on benzos, and it helps of course but can have deadly withdraw effects if you just stop taking it. That being said, reading all the success you've had on your journey gives me hope to one day not need a pill to keep myself from pretty much having a stroke. Stupid medical industry, certainly one of The Fallen running all of that. No human is that evil, it would take an outside source to do the things they do to people all over the world. Hope the best to you on your journey, and hopefully some relief. I'm so caffeine tolerant that it doesn't bother me, UNTIL I"m having a panic attack. lol. I usually try to keep to water though, and a cup of coffee some mornings. But God Bless you Sister, and thanks for sharing! Gonna for sure try some of the stuff in the first bit.

Josh, I started taking digestive enzymes a couple months ago for bloating… And it has helped me in so many other ways as well… Including reduced anxiety, increased focus, decreased allergies, better sleep, better joint health, (my skin even looks healthier and more supple. I wasn’t expecting that!) Full disclosure though: around the same time I dewormed, I added organic fermented sauerkraut to my diet regularly, I started taking collagen peptides daily, cod liver oil several times a week, turmeric/ quercetin/ bromelain capsules, and several nights a week I take a valerian root capsule and I get such a good night sleep! (Valerian root is non-habit-forming from what I’ve read and has a lot of health benefits regarding hormones and anxiety!…and I haven’t had nightmares with it, which happened when I used to take melatonin) The combination of these things has helped me tremendously ! When your gut Microbiome is out of whack, it messes us up in more ways than we can even understand! (And now research is admitting that the brain isn’t sterile like they thought and there is actually a brain micro biome that they say is greatly affected by your oral health!) I left another comment mentioning that I also made the connection a few months back that coffee was causing me to have anxiety type symptoms, BUT green tea doesn’t do that to me (it actually helps me focus a bit better and decreases my ADHD type issues). So I wonder if there’s anything that you started consuming around that time that might be affecting you? Just something to consider. I know anxiety all too well. 😮💨 I hate you’re struggling with that. I hope that trip did you some good! 🎣 ill lift you and your health up in prayer, brother! 🙏🏼🙌🏼

Ooh good point 🙌🏼 As someone who also has struggled with severe anxiety in the past… I have learned that certain types of caffeine can attribute to anxiety-type symptoms in me. For example, coffee causes me to have anxiety type symptoms (and makes me insanely hyper) , BUT green tea doesn’t do that to me and can actually help me focus, and help decrease ADHD issues. I also realized that, for me, Sometimes it can be hard to recognize and make those connections. (That something you’re consuming is triggering it! 😧😵💫🥴)

I k kw this is gonna sound crazy but if you try it and it doesn’t work you are out nothing. Try taking digestive enzymes with your meals. You can get them at natural grocers or some other health food store. Get the ones that have enzymes for carbs, protein, dairy,plants, and fat. I started having panic attacks out of nowhere and just felt bad felt like I had crazy allergies and this has helped me and I pray that it helps you. God bless

Hey, y'all! You may already know this, so I apologize if I’m telling you what you already know. I really want to share based on y'alls conversation at the beginning of the podcast. From personal experience and my own research I know that cleanses, diet changes, and even some supplements can play a huge part in feeling anxious or other negative feelings/emotions. Your gut has a lot to do with how you feel, and when it’s going through a major change your body puts itself into flight or fright mode in response. We’re already in that response so much as we go about our daily lives, so imagine adding onto that! Anyways, as your body adjusts, those feelings should subside, but the beginning is definitely rough. I’ll be praying for y’all!

Look, I know I’m gonna get a lot of flack here, but please please do a deep dive in end-times prophecy. Because the Bible promises Israel will survive attacks from basically the world, and America is mentioned no where in the Bible. Ezekiel 38 is interesting, but who’s to say. You’re on the right track. Look up, read the Word, educate yourself on biblical end-times prophecy. My vacuum broke yesterday and we live rural an hour away from stores. I need to go into town to return my vacuum and get a new one since it’s under warranty still.
