He absolutely does. That is what makes his relationship with his wife interesting. There are moments when she does things in the interest of the partnership. Then there are times where I feel she is just being used. I'm sure they start beefing at some point and it becomes a storyline.
Frank has "pimpish" tendencies. He uses women as you would use a Queen in chess... to move in places and ways men can't.
