I know Tony was being horrible to hesh but if you remember in season one when Junior taxed he gave back his 50k and when he was not going to cut him in on the money for the race track with his dad's girlfriend he's looked out for hesh a lot

yeah idk, the way tony was with carmella and hech is not anything new. less subtle, but definitely not the first time. remember when janice was all happy inviting him and carmella to the lake house? he brings up the story about the kid who’s brain dead after drowning in a pool knowing how it’s going to affect janice, by the end of the episode she completely freaks out when her daughter is in the lake with carmella. from the outside it looks like she’s just crazy but he knew what he was doing lol and he enjoys it. it’s less « in your face » because it’s janice and nobody really fw her but it’s there. it’s always been there
