i never expected AJ to go this far, it’s crazy because it makes sense with everything that happened throughout the show and even to take it back to tony’s mom and the words she shared with him in the hospital, the fact that it stayed with him to this day. ngl it hit me hard lol, even carmella’s reaction… all too real

Great episode for all the reasons you broke down, and one specific line from Tony in his session with Melfi sticks out, and i think it's when she realizes too, Tony says 'because im a good guy basically'...so yes he really is a sociopath that thinks he's still morally correct and the therapy actually has helped him in the opposite ways than she had thought and hoped all along.
