Like the comic! Perhaps do a combination of two, three, and four. One where she wants to push her luck and the doctor adds a neural interpolator experimental device to her implants during a fill that makes her boobs grow biased on the depths of her impulses. The deeper she descends, the larger she gets kind of deal. Of course not being a fan of going backwards, this is a one way street she's on and it can only get larger ;)

Great comic! The growth option seems more popular, but the bigger implants really seems to be the only choice that fits in with the story so far.

I was torn between "Macie decides to push her luck and see the max implant size she can go" and "Macie's boobs begin to spontaneously grow even larger.". I chose the latter, but hoping she enjoys it.
