The band size - the rib cage - comes in increments of two inches, e.g., 34B, 36D. The letter represents the cup size (and these standards vary by country - a US D is not the same as a UK D). So, this slender lass you’re portraying likely has a 32” or 34” rib cage (a meter is ~39”). From there, how much further around is she at the widest, fullest part of her breasts? I’d say she’s easily twice as big around the bust than around the rib cage.
