I've found that this "Gratitude Redirect" not only takes care of our attitude but it also increases our "altitude". Our thoughts become elevated, less self-focused and more gracious to those around us. Because I'm an old grumpy man I find that I need to do this daily if not many times a day. Thanks Sis for sharing this wonderful motivation.

Even today I found myself getting frustrated with myself and I started speaking negative words about myself and immediately stopped. I ask God to forgive me for tearing myself down and then I started to speak encouraging words to myself. Good stuff Jennifer.
