A Song Is Rising in the Wilderness
You are going to come out of this with praise rising from your lips. God is not going to abandon you when you need him most. He has promised to make this wilderness a place of flowing waters—a place of refreshment and satisfaction. This unlikely place can become a birthing place for glorious encounters of his love.
You may only be able to see the grim surroundings of hopelessness and disappointment, but God wants to give you fresh vision. The greatest restraint to breakthrough is not focusing on the difficulty but on the One who is with you in the midst of it. Remind yourself what he’s promised. Slam the door on impatience and frustration. Stop listening to the lies of the enemy. God will come through, so start rejoicing and sing his praise in advance!
Father, I disengage myself from unhealthy mindsets that say I’ll be stuck in this season forever. That’s a lie, and I refuse to accept it any longer. A song is rising within me. A song of your faithfulness and love. You’re doing something amazing, even though I cannot see it yet. So I will rejoice in you and know that you are good!

CS my friend, Thanks for sharing this. Life get's real and we need to be real with God. Don't let Him hold them for a while, He wants to take them for good. There will always be things that will unsettle you, but God is right there to help you to learn to trust Him to handle our frustrations. Peace Brother!

Impatiences & frustration jumped out at me. I am one who internalizes both and it’s exhausting. I have to be intentional when trying this, but I will try to turn both over to God. “God, will you please hold these for awhile?” I know He will. I just have to be willing to surrender them.

Spiritual wilderness is a tough place but I truly believe God only takes the strongest ones into. It is a place that test your faith and love but it is also a place that yields a deeper understanding, revelation and love. Thanks Sis for sharing this.
