Some of the best lessons in my life have come from people who have no idea about what I am experienced at doing. They may ask a very simple question and when I go to answer it I realize they’ve opened up a whole new way of thinking about something. (Think of the engineers trying to get the truck out from under a bridge. A little boy comes along and asks, “Why not let the air out of the tires?” Duh!)
