Application: Name one specific area of my life where I rely on my feelings. Today, plaster praise over those feelings. Say, NOPE to the feelings…… the joy of the Lord is my strength.

I had a feeling once...it passed, I'm fine now. LOL, Seriously just about the only thing that hits me in my feels is when someone (individual or group) is abusive to another. But I have learned to recognize it for what it is (spiritual, demonic, etc..Eph 6:12 We wrestle not against flesh & blood) and to quickly get out of that feeling and into warfare. But now I'm learning that the best warfare is to trust God, let Him handle it and praise to encourage Him. David figured this out when He was a shepherd facing Goliath, guess I'm a little slow...
