I have recently started being more present about myself, and one of those things do include listening more. I sometimes can talk to much and not listening. And I realize by doing that, the conversation and dialogue shifts in a way that is more easy going and positive

Love this! The lack of communication skills are one of the biggest reasons relationships fail or never begin. We spend far too much time behind screens and text messages that we have lost our ability to offer the greatest thing we possess as humans. A simple compassionate conversation.
