Mad respect for his acknowledgment of the transformative power of God. He reads his Bible, prays and sees no disconnect between science and God.
Here is a summary of some of what he says:
By seeking and engaging with God's Word, individuals can witness the transformative power it holds. Huberman encourages others to forge a personal connection with the divine through prayer and Bible study, urging them to put God's teachings to the test in their lives. He draws parallels between spiritual growth and physical fitness, emphasizing the consistency and dedication required to see positive results.

Me too! I am not always focused and I am yet continually intrigued by the mind and how God works!

Yes, I used to share a similar sentiment in my previous job. You get physically fit through repetitions in the gym. Similarly, you must get in the repetitions with the word and the Lord to keep in tip-top spiritual shape. I do violate this daily, though. I am always intrigued about this nexus with the mind. Very cool.
