You could list the word Patreon as many times as you have people patreoning. That way it could show others that they could join the ranks whilst saving you the effort of assembling the names. Although the idea that you’re a man who does anything the easy way seems far fetched.

Personally I've never been interested in needing to be recognized for noticing that there's clever creative people about and appreciating them. The clever creatives are the ones that deserve the recognition. I think another comment mentioned that the list of names is a bit of an easy opportunity to be like "I have a patron" without having to say anything about it directly.

I don't care about having my username on the video but, i think having it in the video serves as a good advert for the fact that you have a Patreon without like straight up asking people to subscribe. So i tend to like that approach. Also with everything else you do I'm kind of wondering how pasting a list of names is particularly time intensive but I'll take your word for it.
