Oh my the details are bright and gorgeous! If I may suggest, the houses are a bit weird though as it didn't match the details of the bottom half as it is a bit too simple and rigid, makes it look cartoony. Perhaps it would be better if the entrances and the windows be replaced with a brick wall and maybe some advertisement posters on it? Some difference in lighting would be good as well, like sunray's reflected of the roof and some dirty patches here and there. And I Love how the characters look and I wish Sparity has glasses sliding off her muzzle because of shock.
