Transform and use the first aid kit. We don't know how it fights on land (and it might have a breath attack on land), so we need all the advantage and speed we can get. Maybe our diamond dog form could help.

Normally I would suggest preparing a magic trap using some spells as decoys so that others can hit but since I don't know the extent of your teleport (whether it can be used on objects, its maximum capacity, and its maximum range), I don't know if you can cast multiple spells in succession, and since you have a limited spell list, I would advise hiding and healing before performing hit and run tactics.
