Fixes:
- Mode 3 was generating a really high framerate. This should be fixed now.
- Improved quality of output video if audio is turned on.
- Slight changes in how Mode 3 and 4 select the frames.
CLI:
Now you can use the application in command prompt!

There seems to be a problem with accessing your discord server. No matter what I do I get an "invite expired" message. Has it been taken down?
@oppai senpai I got it to work when I changed my settings to Split_size 250, and split_pad 100, I also used a 250 downscale height
