Rife-App 1.4. Big update.

Rife-App 1.4 is here! Horray!
This is a pretty big update, will try to cover all, let's see:
- The application don't create PNG files no more, read the mp4/gif directly and write a new mp4. HD say thanks.
- A mp4 version is mandatory, if the input have audio, it will automatically add the audio.
- You can also output a webm and a gif version, no need to interpolate multiple times.
- Gif automatically set maximum fps to 50 and fix the colors.
- The output will always have the same length from the input, no more faster animation on the output or audio desinc, it will only gain a few frames at the end if perfect loop is active.
- "Animation mode" is what mode 3 used to be, and now it have a float number so you can select the similarity to the app consider it as a copy.
- I had the CLI version working, but a few limitations of python made me remove it before releasing this version. It will come back in a few more updates.
- Cleaner GUI
- Working on CPU mode (A lot slower)
- Maybe something else, don't remember.

For now the easier way should be to use ctrl+c on the console window. But it may bug the GUI

very nice! while this removes "resuming" from pause, it seems like its way faster (assuming the time remaining is in H:MM:SS )
