Rife-App 1.7.4
🕑 Added 2021-04-13 18:06:03 +0000 UTC- Made some changes on how the data is handled in the CPU, it will help those who have the bottleneck at the CPU.
- Some files got the FPS and total frames wrong, fixed that.
- Attemp to fix the use of a second GPU
- Some small changes to the output video and audio codec
- PNG can be exported with 0000X.png or 0000X.X.png naming convention

The "Skip scene transtion" indeen create a fade-in instead of interpolating both frames. The reason for that is. 1 - Removing the extra frames will make the video be shorter 2 - Coping the same frames will make the video get frozen for a few seconds.
Rife App is really cool! I have a quick question though.. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but is there a way for the application to detect cuts in edited videos and not do anything to them? I tried adjusting the "skip scene transitions" setting, but instead of not doing anything at all on those cuts, when it detects a "scene change" what it seems to do is fade the last frame from the previous scene into the first frame of the next scene together for 1 frame. It's almost as if it creates a 1 frame cross dissolve between the 2 scenes which I could be wrong but I don't think that is the expected behavior for the "skip scene transitions" feature unless I'm misunderstanding what it is intended for.

Yeah. This tool was made to do some quick debugging, I was wondering if someone would really use it, since it's useful for you, will see if I can improve it for the next update.

This looks super promising, just a quick dumb question from a noob. Is there any way to have the "cut video" option actually make the rendering start and finish on those frames without the program having to go through all the frames before and after? Got a project with 50k+ frames and I was trying to test a specific section towards the end which seems to spend a lot of time just getting to that point. Anyways, thanks for any feedback. Would be an awesome update or feature to add if there is currently no other way around this.

Wow! Thank you! Looking forward to trying it on 2x gpu's too

Nice, let me know if you feel any difference in speed.

Sweet!! Especially nice since I upgrade GPU more often and easily than CPU so that’s often my bottleneck.
