It's a bit vague (I'd guess intentionally) on how long we're helping Applejack. So there probably isn't a problem. But if there is, hopefully Twilight will say that she needs to borrow us for a while for *Important Friendship Studies*. And she'll be so giddy with curiosity that Applejack will know better than to try to stop her.
