When you are enemy of the nation. I doubt any blacksmith will make an dragon armor for him.

Ali: Oie dragon... Grab some Armor, and make tiny hit immune. Also grab some enchanted armor part that allows reduce 5-10 damage.
Stryth
An unexpected problem with having a huge health bar, you get your own tiny (ineffective) and very horny Jason Voorhees. Poor dragon might be traumatized after this.
