Guys, I'm going to be real, this is just like me. The problem is that with so many things, he can't figure out that the actual problem is him not talking about these things. For example, dinner in some families is when they sit down together at the table and they go around talking about their day, offering opinions to each other, and so on. However, for him, it's the fact that he doesn't talk about what is going on and how they make him feel. This can cause the negativity he feels. Our best bet is to ask if he would like us to come by every few days and see how everything is going, talk about things, etc. If this doesn't work, we could do some sort of activity that he enjoys that relieves and removes that negativity (for all we know, hes a great at sketches or something, but doesn't get to do so very often). And I agree with john as well. Might make it much easier.
