She didn't have a US number one on this album but in Brazil I want to know what love is is her biggest number 1 ever it was number 1 for 27 weeks this album was a big hit globally but the US slept on it as usual smh Obsessed was the only hit from this album unfortunately Up Out My Face remix with Nicki Minaj only hit 99 in the US but this a fan favorite and yes tik tok brain for its a wrap lol you also need to react to the remix of its a wrap with Mary J Blige its so good

I remember when it was released, Memoirs was criticised by the music industry and fans for being over produced, corny lyrics and Mariah didn’t belt on it enough lol. Think the album has got a lot of love in recent years. It was well ahead of it’s time and you can see a lot of themes of modern music in it.
