This album is one of those that just brings back so many memories of getting ready for school, and MTV would be playing the breathe again video and when it was over, you could switch to VH1 and they would probably be playing ‘you mean the world to me’ or “ another sad love song”😂😂😂😂

She not as big in Asia especially where I came from but I loveeeee her albums. Side notes her biggest and popular song are in the her next album which is called 'Secrets' one of my all time favourite album

I didn’t know if you’d like her or not tbh I was kind of nervous and she’s notorious for really long songs, but I knew you would like the emotion and raspiness of her voice. The fact that you are considering it to be the best album you’ve heard this year 🥹 This album sold 10 million copies worldwide, and was #1 on the billboard charts. She won 3 Grammy Awards, for Best New Artist in 1994, along with Best Female R&B Vocal Performance two years in a row for Another Sad Love Song in 1994 and Breathe Again in 1995. Her most recent album came out in 2020 and she still performs to this day! Also, growing up she didn’t like her deep voice and felt like it was different then others. Toni was raised in a religious household with her younger sisters Traci, Towanda, Trina, and Tamar. They grew up singing in church and formed a group called The Braxtons. Toni was eventually discovered and signed as a solo artist to Babyface and La Reid’s label LaFace Records, leaving her sisters singing backup during her early career.
