8th Grade is literally about her childhood at the time and obv a guy she had a crush but idr so don’t quote me lol. Mariah had a new bf when she wrote/recorded this album lol which must’ve inspired her h0e moments. This was fun to revisit. It sounds so fresh esp for being 7 years old (how tf?!) I hope we get new music this year.
