And I can officially announce the next comic I have Arturo working on, Ripped Tide 4(3 technically but 4 if you count the prequel story as #1)

Short answer, Higher and Higher #1 is finished(total of 18 pages) and he is now working on the new Ripped Tide.

As Gryphonheart stated, we only get about 2-3 pages per month from Arturo so we need to buffer it. We may have a different artist + comic in between Higher and Higher and Ripped Tide to give him more time too.
He is probably finished with it and are just starting with Ripped Tide now. It would be strange if ZZZ uploads everything the moment it is finished. Better to leave it to cool down in the oven a bit, and publish a few pages/month to get maximized amount of profit from it, considering things like piracy.
