Prolly cause space junk food must be awful and nothing but compacted nutrient paste with artificial flavoring. Odin is a nature oriented person. He smokes locally grown leaves in his pipe and is attracted to women who grow leaves from their hair. He remembers a time when you went to your local general store to get your smokes, and corn fields to find corn-dryads to date. The times are changing and he just can't keep up. It makes him sad.
