i think the pressure has been heavier than normal due to changes in the atmosphere. anyone else experience aching due to storms? sort of reaching out here so I don't feel like i'm going insane, my migraine was wild
the next update will be this friday, thanks everyone~

My mom also gets horrible migraines and joint pain with bad weather :(( I’m so sorry and I hope you’re feeling a little better 💗

I get a headache/migraine every time a large pressure system moves through. It's the worst! I try to suffer through them but usually ended up sleeping. I hope you are feeling better!

Oh, I hope you feel better soon (。T ω T。) ♡

My ex had cluster headaches which is basically chronic migraines on steroids and he treated them with psilocybin.

Hope you feel better soon.

My sister gets more likely to headaches to some extent. I don't tend to get migraines, but if I don't use my neti-pot semi religiously my sinuses shutdown at the drop of a hat. I hope you feel better.

Also worth noting my gf gets CRAZY joint pains because of the bad weather in the midwest, so i think it's just a million times worse because it's winter which really hits the nerves

Rainy weather tends to trigger headaches, general body aches because of the pressure change, when i was younger i'd get crazy headaches right before a storm and my mom would get joint pain all the time. I hope you feel better soon, have plenty of rest and stay hydrated!!

Its intended to help with tracking them to figure out what triggers you might have and if anything helps with management. It helped mefigure out my migraines a bit better.

I’ve read some articles on how areas with greater atmospheric pressure, so people who live on mountains and what not, are more susceptible to migraines. Definitely not crazy. Just like how my bad knee aches when it rains. Feel better soon. If you have a peppermint temple balm or essential oil to rub on your temples that helps me. Feel better soon and beautiful panel once again 👏🏼

Wow no, take your time for those. Mine leave me in bed for hours and it's mostly sugar and sun that give me them. Every body is different though and my teacher has mentioned that storms kick hers off. They just make some old scars ache for me. The panel looks beautiful as always. Be sure to take care of yourself!

We’re mostly made of water and so is the weather so changes in pressure as storm systems move around has an effect on most people even if they don’t feel it. I hope you feel better soon! Does caffeine help? I’ve had some luck easing migraines with diet coke.

Can confirm you are not going crazy. My own migraines are also triggered by changes in pressure before storms. I also get tje whole thing where I get auras before the pain and sensitivity to sound and movement. Fun stuff. But it turns out this is a pretty well known trigger. My migraine tracking app is 'migraine buddy' and its one of the default triggers in the app.

Have been feeling the same. Hope the weather calms down and you feel better! <3

Looks beautiful! Actually my sister has been getting a lot more of her chronic migraines than usual and she lives in an area thats been having a lot of storms. I might bring this up with her. Hope you feel better, I know they suck!
