Work and life continue to keep me stressed and busy but I'll still deliver updates to you when I can. I'm inspired again to work on Attraction preferences and I'd love your input.
What attributes do you want your Sims to be attracted to or repulsed by?
So far I've stuck to non-physical attributes because WickedWhims has physical ones already included... but I'm debating on including those too.
Here's a list of some I'm mocking up so far: Ambition, Athleticism, Bravery, Confidence, Creativity, Culinary Skill, Deviance, Geekiness, Handiness, Humor, Intelligence, Neatness, Popularity, Volatility, Wealth
As you can see, these potential preferences aren't 1-to-1 matches with traits, and that's intentional... whether a Sim has the Ambitious trait or has achieved level 9 of a career, both should be attractive to a Sim who is attracted to Ambition. Similarly, a preference for Popular Sims might include those that are famous, have higher follower counts on social media, many friends, Outgoing personalities, etc.

Careers might be too much to ask for, but I know people who are attracted to certain "career" types (i.e., someone who is outdoorsy might appreciate a partner who is a gardener or someone who is an adrenaline junkie might want a partner who enjoys snow sports, etc., or some people just find astronauts or doctors or firefighters to be hot!) ;) | Another commenter mentioned lifestyles above and I really like that idea too. | Other possibilities: occult types or just occult Sims in general, fame (again might appeal to certain Sims), dancing (or does that fall under creativity? Music or performing arts could be separated from visual arts, but again I don't know what you're going for), wellness/health, outdoorsy activities vs. indoorsy though that might fit with the lifestyle category mentioned above).

This one is really random, but can you copy the sexual orientation ones we got with the base game update. Even if they don't do anything in game, you could ask a sim their preferences and see your own sim's in the preferences panel. For some reason the sims team doesnt show it so i cant see quickly what my sims' preferences are, which is annoying. Also Insightful Bond on MTS has the 16 personalities, zodiac signs and the types, not sure if it would be possible for a mini collab to get those in PP? The other i can think of is adeepindigo has the dynamic teens with social groups so you could hate the jocks and artists but love the rebels or something -- if they have these as kids, they could aspire to be a type (in our imaginations even) and keep the rivalries going as adults (maybe even including Foxbury and UBrite for the alumni?). Love this mod so much, it's S-tier must have for gameplay
