PrefPlus Outfit Refactoring Poll

I'm working on refactoring the entire PrefPlus mod. As I started to work on recreating the Outfit preferences, I realized it might actually be nicer to have clothing item preferences instead.
- For instance, instead of just preferring sleepwear, a Sim who likes T-shirts would be happy when wearing one whether for sleeping or working out.
- Similarly, a Sim who doesn't like to wear dresses may still like to dress up in suits, and therefore they don't hate formalwear altogether.
- A Sim could like shorts but hate tank tops, instead of disliking all potential Hot Weather wear.
