Release 0.4 for earlybirds

Updated LW build to 0.4.1 to fix the VR issue.

Thank you for fixing. LW worked as VR mode. In LW, some stages could not be finished loading because the message "Loading ..." did not disappear. In both HD and LW, some MMD models were not displayed correctly. Such model's head was dropped on the floor and placed at the foot position.

Yeah, I've had the same issue with 0.3.2 as well.
