Yes xps models can have very different bone names. ATM if the bones are not recognised we'll simply unload the model. In the next version we'll implement a manual bone mapper to be able to support all models.
I was asking because the xps models that I have noticed aren't loading all throw that error when loaded into xnalara.

I'm not aware there is such rule. I believe most models have root bone on the ground but we've seen some that are not. What we are doing is to offset the model vertically so that the lowest point of the model is on the ground.
Does the model ignore the root ground bone rule?

Is there any way for the user to see an error log? I'm trying to load certain XPS models and they're not appearing and I'd like to troubleshoot what's going on.
