Oh, I forgot to create a folder to adjust it. I updated the scene, now you can find the folder 'Sub Hand r M', move it to adjust the man's right hand. If you have already made some changes in the scene and prefer not to re-download it, you can try this: In the workspace, create a folder 'x', move this folder inside the folder 'Main Hand Right M', then reset the position and rotation of folder 'x', make sure everything is set to 0, now move the folder 'Hand r M' inside the new 'x' folder, now the 'x' folder allows you to adjust the man's right hand.
