I agree that User Generated Content marketplaces sound like a cool idea. However, they do not require Blockchain technology to implement. USG marketplaces have been around since 2003 with Second Life. If Epic were to open up a USG marketplace, they wouldn't require the Blockchain at all, and could do it with in-house tech they already use. This would come with the added benefit of putting some distance between themselves and all the security concerns, unreliability, and underhanded scams that permeate the current Cypto landscape.
