I'd argue that, at this point, there are very few things that could push this version of Taylor to outright murder. Losing Danny is one of them. Fortunate for Bakuda, then, that she didn't actually kill Danny.

I don't think Taylor is likely to kill her if she can help it, no matter how crazy and dangerous she is. This isn't the hardened and cold Skitter who killed Coil in canon, this is the idealistic Apocrypha who still views herself as a hero of heroes. Premeditated murder is beyond her.

Going in as Medea could give out too much to Bakuda. You also forgot how Hundred Faced Hassan was used in Fate/Zero. All Taylor need to is move one in openly, several silently while staying outside. That way she can give Bakuda way to use her trap and then go after her.

Frankly an assassin or caster would work the best I think for the stealth aspect. Medusa can't really sneak up very well in any of her aspects. As much as I would love to see Taylor install Old Man Hassan I don't think thats likely. Medea is probably going to be her go to option here. Also they were watching Taylor practice her powers... Bakuda has an utterly incorrect assumption of Taylor's power level. This is going to be great.

So, Bakuda. The crazy bitch with bombs and kill switch. What are the odds that she will see "Cybele" from very close range before dying? Because that's only way other than total annihilation to make sure bombs don't go off.
