So I've been following a Streamer who is playing this game... They're like 110-120 hours in. Not done yet xD Definitely a Persona type lenght. Also story wise it definately branches out a ton later on. Granted the end goal of each chapter mostly remains the same, though many aspects can change, that also affect how well later chapters go.

For me I would like it if you focused on The Last Sovereign. It just has such a range of characters and the story really picks up later. Also, yeah the game is long. This was Sierra Lee's baby and she did a lot with it.
