[Hereafter] Chapter CXXIII: Standing on Golden Sands
🕑 Added 2023-10-15 10:22:34 +0000 UTCI wanted it to all be one chapter...but I couldn't make that. So it's going to go on for 2, because there's some other stuff I wanted to do with this and I knew it would wind up blowing past 9k — at which point, hey, I'd be asking why I didn't split it sooner.
So next chapter will be the fun, shenanigans, and other stuff I couldn't fit into this one.

I recall that somewhere in the beginning of the story it was stated that at least the missing arm was regrown (or a very lifelike prosthetic was provided?) Honestly, since I read your question I hadn't realized that Taylor has been whole in my minds eye for a while now, and any kind of physical handicap hasn't come up recently in the story for me to be aware of it.

Fun chapter. I'm curious, does Taylor have any scars left over from her time as a cape? I can imagine that might lead to some awkward questions.
