Instant hot chocolate. When it's cold and windy and everyone is tired and cranky, whip up some hot water, add the hot chocolate powder, and the morale is saved again :)

Great video - can't wait to see the crossing! I always make sure to have dried mango aboard - it's my go-to late night watch snack. Question for you guys - how do you keep all that fresh stuff from going bad? We've been cruising back and forth from NY to the Bahamas the past two years, and I feel like that's the part of provisioning I haven't figured out yet.

Good Morning from Annapolis. First off...Congrats to the USNA Class of 23 that just graduated today. Commissioning week in Annapolis is over. Great Blue Angels show Wednesday , and a final flyover this morning over the USNA /Marine Corp stadium to send the newly commissioned officers on their way. GO NAVY.....BEAT ARMY !!! As to my two don't leave port without it......Dark Strong Coffee and Mac and Cheese. (Id also try to smuggle some Jim Beam and Oreo's if possible ) I can't believe the provisioning effort you guys went thru. Unbelievable ! Oh..welcome to Conor also. Great to see you back on Delos.
