Did you see some of the communication between Stockton and one of his previous directors that Kyle Hill went over yesterday? There's some really damning stuff in there. Basically it seemed like Stockton was doing everything possibly to try and avoid doing things like testing and seemed to shrug at the possibility of a leak.
