I saw this film when I was 11 years old. I don't think I've ever been that scared in my whole life. I couldn't sleep for a week lol.

Yeah, this has to be one of my fav classic films. So creepy and scary for its time. However, Norman Bates story isn't over... I hope you consider reacting to Psycho 2!! It's a wonderful sequel to Hitchcock's masterpiece! Psycho 2 is a great horror sequel. Not only is it entertaining, it has many wonderful twists and turns throughout which make it even more enjoyable.

Janet Leigh who played Marion, that's Jamie Lee Curtis's mom! The shower scene is still so violent even though it's in black and white and we never see the knife go in once. Janet Leigh admitted that after the movie she was so traumatized she never took showers again. Only baths. This reaction was so great! Glad you enjoyed some classic Hitchcock. Thx!
