yess ur right! his last act to sacrifice himself was beyond touching!
Dave Meehan
Walt sacrifices himself to get the hmong gang arrested for murder because of all the witnesses but also Walt was dying from cancer and didn't want to go through all of that and probably have a slowful painful death where his murder was an extremely fast death...thats why he bought a new suit for his coffin and got a haircut...a brilliant brilliant film.
we gotta!

This is one of my favourite movies. You should watch “American Sniper” by Clint Eastwood too. Amazing movie.

Unforgiven!

Clint Eastwood is an icon to say the least. He's well known for his great Western movies like "The Good, The bad and the Ugly" "Unforgiven", but has directed and performed in great movies outside of Westerns. "Million Dollar Baby" which he directed and stars in, may be a movie you may find as interesting as this one... he plays a boxing trainer!!!
i love when i see a hard-headed person ''even if is just a movie character'' gets attached to something or someone.. and it changes them drastically... i mean WOW! and ur right.. racism is still very much present everywhere. among the countries that i visited here on Europe.. i felt like Spain and Netherlands to have the best mentality to diversity.. ur so fortunate to live in a place where everyone connects at a spiritual level and becomes one
wait what?? seriously??? hahaha and he called him a ''pussy''
sounds tempting! might check on them soon!
thank youuu

This is great film making. A deeply powerful movie that makes it obvious that underneath all that shock and vulgarity and racism there is still a compassionate heart and humanity that truly moves the viewers in a way that does not excuse the faults and flaws of Walt. Amazing that such a character manages to deserve our sympathy and affection, because he himself offered it despite his own prejudices, out of his sincere willingness to connect with people of other cultures. Walt found a way out his loneliness and guilt and anger at himself and the changing world around him. It's very sad that in a lot of places in the US, things really are as racist as depicted, from all sides, and many young people really take to the streets that way, many without many alternatives due to their social peer groups. But in just as many places people do get along just fine and respect each other, I am extremely lucky in Southern California to live with people of all cultures in my community, being friends with many varied individuals of all kinds of all over the world. We are all the same in the heart and spirit. This one is tied with a couple of other movies for my favorites of all time.

That young white kid who didn't protect Sue from the black gang was Clint Eastwood's son Scott Eastwood.
