Well, we could have a big discussion. I worry more about the conditions of the animal's life than how they end up. Some of the factory farming practices here are really cruel.

yeah i can tell that too. i was scared as a little kid how Horses goes to sleep.. they just drop dead.. some of them have a smoother landing.. but not all. me and Joy we both love Dogs and Cats. we have sooo many already. and we are worried if there is any type of animal cruelty... ironically i feel sad when i hold a chicken drumstick too.. thinking of the chicken's life as well

I appreciate Joy's compassion for the cattle in the movie. However, it seems to me that everything we see is more or less part of normal cow life--walking around, wading in streams, and so on. Actually they were probably happier being able to move around in nature. On the other hand, all of these cattle probably ended up as somebody's hamburger. But at least they were movie stars first.
