I have been thinking since you asked. I would love to share how I do it, but I'm quite bad at explaining stuff. Have to put together a bit of plan first. This makes it sound complicated, but it's not that complicated really. Also this is very program specific since this is what I use. I'll think some more on it :333

Great work! i was really suprised how well you got her nose done escpecially after i found out that you only did it with a face overlay. would you be willing to talk about the way you make this screenshots? i would guess you are using something like photshop for post-effects but what stuff(filters,etc...) you are using or how you get the picture material out of the koikatsu-studio (probably just a screenshot?) in the first place would be interesting to know.
